The year 2021 is the fiftieth anniversary of the Establishment of China-Austria Diplomatic Relations. Over the past 50 years, the two countries have gradually strengthen practical cooperation in various fields, and the 50th anniversary is not only a milestone, but also a new starting point. During this year, AVEA Beijing take the opportunity to further reinforce the exchange and cooperation mechanisms between China and Austria, and introduce the EU Certificates as well as the successful experiences of vocational skills training in Austria to China to support the local development of internationalism.
Understanding is the foundation of cooperation, and trust is the prerequisite of it. AVEA Beijing and Agency for Economic Cooperation and Development (aed) co-host the training and invite Dr. Gerd Christian Krizek from University of Applied Sciences Technikum Vienna to deliver the lecture with the theme of Austria Education System and EU Certificates, which provides reference and inspiration for the development of vocational education in China.
Dr. Gerd Christian Krizek
Dr. Gerd Christian Krizek got his PhD in Physics in University of Vienna in 2008. He has 15 years experience as CEO in the industry in the field of embedded systems. Currently he works in University of Applied Sciences Technikum Vienna as head of international programs and head of Applied Mathematics and Physics Department. He has won many awards, such as International e-Learning Award 2020 Academic Division – Winner Mobile Learning, The International E-Learning Awards: Winner Category “Blended Learning”, Diversitas Austrian National Award 2018: Bridging Diversity, etc.
